Casa Petra is newly refurbished to a very high standard,  3 bedroom family villa with a large private garden and a (heatable) swimming pool. It is located in the quiet Vale d´el Rei area, just 2,5km to the nearest beaches of  Praia do Vale Centeanes and Praia de Benagil. Carvoeiro is easy to reach by car in 5 minutes.

Interior  house

Entering the villa you will find a bathroom on your right side with a shower, toilet and a single sink. Walking further  you come through to the lounge area with a wood burner and a Smart TV (with IPTV, a variation of many International channels like English, German and Dutch).

There is a fully fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto and normal filter), juicer and a toaster.

Next to the kitchen you will find the dining space, suitable for 6 people. A side door leads out to the outhouse with washing machine.

The 3 bedrooms you can reach by going through the door in the living room. The other two bedrooms have both a shower room with toilet and a double sink. One is located next to a bedroom and the other one in the hallway towards the living area. The master bedroom has its own an en-suite bathroom and the doors open into the sun terrace and pool area.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. One other bedrooms also has  sliding doors which lead on to a terrace and the garden with pool.

Exterior

Patio doors from the lounge area and the kitchen lead off to the terrace area with pool and has plenty of outside furniture. The large terrace area overlooks the swimming pool (8m x 4m ) with There are sun lounges and an umbrella around the pool. An outdoor shower is available too. The terrace continues round the property to a wooden deck with an outdoor kitchen. Here you can prepare your barbecue! The whole villa is surrounded by large private gardens adding to your own privacy.  Steps from the court yard lead up to the roof terrace for private sun bathing where you can enjoy fantastic view of the countryside and sea. Sitting in the shade is possible here as well as large OZ shades are present. Private parking for several cars in front of the villa. The large, beautifully landscaped garden is fenced and has gates. A long drive way leads to the villa.

Area

In the nearby, vibrant coastal town of Carvoeiro you will find every activity you can think of. Besides the many bars and the great local restaurants, you can book your boat trip along the famous cliffs of the Algarve, see the dolphins in the wild, go waterskiing, fishing, or scuba diving. It is just too much to mention. But if want to visit the unspoiled parts of Portugal the historic ton of Silves is only a 20 minutes drive away.

Extra´s

The villa is fully air conditioned and it is included in rental price. The pool can be heated on request at extra cost (per April 2020). A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge. 

Other information

- The owner requires a security deposit of € 300. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 6 persons + 3 babies
- One Cot and one high chair are available free of charge. Please do bring your own sheets for this cot.
