This nicely decorated house has good sea views from the roof terrace. The two beaches of Benagil and Carvalho are only a coupe of walking minutes away! At the Benagil beach you will find some good restaurants. This house is equipped with air conditioning.

Area
The house is located in the small fisherman´s village of Benagil. In this village you will find the two lovely beaches of Carvalho and the Benagil Beach. Around the last beach you will find some good restaurants at walking distance. You can also make beautiful strolls on the cliffs. The lively village of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars and shops is only at a 5 km distance. A great place for your holidays!
Other information
- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 150. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 4 persons + maximum 2 babies
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged at € 20.00 each per stay (on request, subject to availability)
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a service/ delivery cost. Ask us for more information
