To secure a booking we ask our guests to pay a deposit of 25%. 8 weeks before arrival the balance has to be paid.
The resort
Situated in the Mato Serrão part of Carvoeiro, just one and half kilometres north west of the picturesque and highly popular resort centre, Vila Nova is an attractive, well maintained, low rise collection of thirty six apartments.
Ideal for family holidays, Vila Nova has a grassy children`s playground, a large inviting swimming pool plus a kids paddling pool, restaurant & snack bar, mini-market and reception. The Vila Nova restaurant is reputed for its fresh fish.
Our guests can use WI-FI free at the restaurant and pool area during the day. There is also an internet spot at the reception at extra cost. There are a few restaurants, bars within easy walk from the complex. Carvoeiro town center with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is about 10-15 min walk. Monte Carvoeiro area with a good choice of restaurants, bars and live music in the small squire in summer months is within easy 10 min walk. Two beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro within walking distance.

All apartments have outside private terrace and the ground floor apartments a small garden with sitting area and BBQ. Sun lounges, umbrellas are provided at the pool area. There is outside toilet by the pool. WI-FI can be used by the pool or at the pool bar/restaurant free. There is a snooker table at the restaurant, computer with internet access at the reception (at extra cost), children playground with lawns. The reception is opened 10am to 6pm 6 days a week. Our emergency phone number is on for 24 hours.
Area
For golfers, the nearest course is Vale do Milho Golf, just 5 km from the apartment. Portimão is within 10 km and has a lively historical centre, as well as a theatre and museum. Next to Portimão and 13 km from the apartment is the renowned Rocha Beach, a popular tourist destination. Faro International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Vila Nova.
