Casa Clube Atlantico K110 has two bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, single sink, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with marble surfaces, a dishwasher, an electric hob and oven, a microwave, coffee machine and juicer. A washing machine is also available.

Exterior

Typical Portuguese architecture, surrounded by a private garden area with fruit trees and flowers. The terrace enjoys great views of the garden and pool. There is a shaded patio with a built in barbecue, perfect for outside dining. A few steps away from the patio is the pool (it has a children´s end) with loungers and umbrellas provided. Exclusive outside car park.

Area

Algarve Clube Atlantico is a park-like complex with lots of greens and mature gardens, since 1983. It has a reception, communal pool, tennis and childrens' playground with minigolf. And a great Italian restaurant. The beach is around 800 mtrs away (Praia do Carvalho) and the private pool is on your terrace. At a distance of 4 kms from Carvoeiro and 50 from Faro Airport. A rental car is the best way of getting there and around.

Other information

- The owner requires a security deposit of € 250. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 6 persons + maximum 2 babies
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged at € 20.00 each per stay
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a delivery/service cost. Ask us for more information
