Within 5 minutes you walk to two lovely beaches and some really good restaurants. The views from the garden and the roof terrace are really stunning. Just a great place!

Layout house

From the garden you walk to the patio in front of the kitchen. You enter the house in the living room. Furthermore you will find the kitchen, one bathroom and a storage on the ground floor. Behind the living room there is a small room with 2 single sofa beds. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the roof you have a very large terrace with stunning ocean views.

Living room

The bright living room has comfortable furniture and is very well equipped with air-conditioning, lcd television with satellite TV. The dining offers seats for six.

Bedrooms

This house has two good sized bedrooms and a small bedroom behind the living room. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in closets, a safe and a bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds, built in closets and a private balcony. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The small bedroom at the back of the dining area has two single sofa beds. Please note that there are no windows in this 3rd bedroom, but only two domes in the ceiling.

Bathrooms

This house has a total of 3 bathrooms. There is a small bathroom on the ground floor with a shower enclosure, a small sink and a toilet. The bathroom ensuite on the first floor has a bath/ shower, a double sink, bidet and a toilet. The third bathroom has a shower enclosure, a single sink, a bidet and a toilet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machin, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooker and other small kitchen supplies. You can create a lovely dinner, or you can have a nice barbecue in the garden!

Exterior

Outside you can sit in the garden, on the patio or on the roof terrace. From all spots you have very nice views over the Atlantic Ocean. Of course you can use the barbecue in the garden.

Area

The house is located in the small fisherman´s village of Benagil. In this village you will find the two lovely beaches of Carvalho and the Benagil Beach. Around the last beach you will find some good restaurants at walking distance. Also you can make beautiful strolls on the cliffs. The lively village of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars and shops is only at a 4 km distance. Great place!

Other information

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 150. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 6 persons + maximum 2 babies
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged at € 20.00 each per stay
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a delivery/service cost. Ask us for more information
