Villa Pias is a beautiful and well maintained villa, near a number of golf courses as Pinta and Gramacho. It is located about 15 minutes walk from several bars, shops and restaurants. The private pool is surrounded by grass and exotic plants. The secluded garden offers enough privacy.
This location is a great base for example golfers who love to cool off in the pool after an active day. Tennis is about 1 kilometer from the house.

Layout house
Villa Pias is located on a nice plot with gardens and a private pool. Inside you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), living room with dining area, well equipped kitchen and outside you will find the terrace next to the pool. Enough parking available as well.
Living room
The simply designed lounge has an open plan dining and kitchen. Doors give access to the garden with the pool. The room has Internet TV (IPTV) with all international channels, a DVD and CD player. The living room air conditioning is available.
Bedrooms
There are 3 twin bedrooms with access to the garden. The master bedroom can be made into a double bed and is equipped with air-conditional. The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom.
Bathrooms
Villa Pias has two bathrooms. One is ensuite. The bathrooms have a shower enclosure, toilet and a wash basin with enough storage place.
Kitchen
The light open plan kitchen is modern and has all facilities like a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer combination (2x), kettle, toaster, coffee machine, extractor and much more. The dining room is near, but of course you want to sit outside near the pool on a summer day!
Exterior
The enclosed garden has a number of palm trees for the necessary shade on hot days. Around the tiled pool is grass. There are a number of sunbeds for lazy moments. An outdoor table and chairs gives space if you want to enjoy a meal or a refreshing drink. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday!
Area
Carvoeiro is very popular for family holidays. Many of the accommodations are in new residential areas located on the outskirts of the village. Fortunately this is not an area of high-rise hotels and apartment complexes!
The beach, Praia do Carvoeiro, in the middle of the village, is a lovely sheltered sandy bay with protective cliffs on both sides. There are bars, cafes and many shops. All ideally situated around the central square.
Water sports such as jet skis and pedalos are available on the beach. There is also some diving schools located if you prefer to be underwater. Sometimes, at the end of the day, you can step in the boat of local fishermen to make a boat trip to admire the coast and the caves.
