Layout house

This house has a nice patio. On the groundfloor you will find the living room, kitchen, small bathroom and a storage room. At the first floor you will find the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms (one ensuite). The second bedroom also has its private balcony. There is a very large roof terrace with stunning ocean views.

Living room

The living room is nicely decorated, the dining offers seats for six people. Fast Fibre Internet is available. There also is a Lcd tv with Portuguese and some international channels. The room is equipped with air conditioning.

Bedrooms

Casa Nicolinha has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and have built in closets.

Bathrooms

Downstairs you will find a small bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet and a small sink. The ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom on the first floor has a bath/shower, double sink, toilet and a bidet. The third bathroom has a shower enclosure, a single sink, bidet and a toilet.

Kitchen

The nice authentique kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other useful equipment.

Exterior

The roof terrace is absolutelty the highlight of this house. From here you have stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a nice balcony with the same fantastic views. Downstairs, in front of the kitchen, you will find a nice patio with outside wooden furniture. Of course you can make use of the barbecue.

Area

The house is located in the small fisherman´s village of Benagil. In this village you will find the two lovely beaches of Carvalho and the Benagil Beach. Around the last beach you will find some good restaurants at walking distance. You can also make beautiful strolls on the cliffs. The lively village of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars and shops is only at a 5 km distance. Great place!

Other information

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 150. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 4 persons + maximum 2 babies
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged at € 20.00 each per stay (on request, subject to availability)
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a service/delivery cost. Ask us for more information
