This very well and tastefully equipped holiday home is suitable for 6 people. From the garden and the large roof terrace you have beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean. Two lovely beaches and some restaurants are located at only 200m. This lovely development also has a communal pool with sea views. 

High light of this house is of course the large roof terrace with comfortable furniture like a lounge set, sun loungers and a dining table. Great location!

Communal pool

Living room

The living room is equipped with good at tasteful furniture. Besides this there air-conditioning, WiFi connection, lcd television (Dutch satellite system with also all German channels and some English channels) and a DvD player. The sliding doors lead to the garden.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has sliding doors toward a small patio with doors which can be opened. There is a small bathroom for this bedroom.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom with a large double bed, has a bathroom ensuite while the second bedroom (two single beds) has a private balcony. Both rooms have built in closets. The master bedroom is also equipped with a safe.

Bathrooms

Casa das Flores has three bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom has a bath/shower, double sink, bidet and a toilet. The second bathroom in the hallway has a shower enclosure, single sink, bidet and a toilet. The third bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower, toilet and a small sink.

Kitchen

The kitchen is very well equipped. It has all to prepare a good meal! Next to the normal kitchen utensils, it also has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven and a microwave.

Exterior

Outside you can use the barbecue while sitting in the garden or on the patio in front of the kitchen. But why not having dinner on the large roof terrace with great sea views? Next to the dining table on the roof terrace you will also find here a lounge set and sun loungers. 

Area

The house is located in the small fisherman´s village of Benagil. In this village you will find the two lovely beaches of Carvalho and the Benagil Beach. Around the Benagil beach you will find some good restaurants at walking distance. You can also make beautiful cliffwalks. The lively village of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars and shops is only at a 5 km distance. A great place for your holidays! 

Other information

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- Around the corner you will find the office of Benagil Holidays. Kim and Floris are more than willing to give you information about the area. You can also buy tickets here for trips, excursions and theme parcs.

- A security deposit of € 150 is required. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 6 persons + maximum 2 babies
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged at € 20.00 each per stay
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a delivery/service cost. Ask us for more information
