Layout house

You enter the house through the first bedroom. Then you enter the hallway where you will find a bathroom and the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The living has an open plan kitchen. The sliding doors lead you to the garden with stunning ocean views. On the roof terrace the view is even better!

Living room

The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable furniture and even 2 bean bags for relaxing moments! Air conditioning, Sky satellite television (free to air channels) and a DvD player is also available. The sliding doors lead you to the garden.

Bedrooms

Casa Rosa Azul has two bedrooms. The first bedroom (you enter this room through the front door) has two large single beds and a dresser. This room has air conditioning. The master bedroom has a large double bed. This bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a built in closet.

Bathrooms

This house has two bathrooms. The first one is at the hallway and has a shower enclosure, single sink and a toilet. The second, ensuite bathroom has a bath/ shower, single sink, a toilet and a bidet.

Kitchen

The open kitchen is well equipped. You will find equipment like a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a kettle.

Exterior

This house has a lovely garden with really stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. Here you find outside furniture, two sunbeds and a barbecue. On the roof terrace your views are even better! At about 15 meter you will find the communal pool with many sunbeds, an outside shower and parasols.

Area

The house is located in the small fisherman´s village of Benagil. In this village you will find the two lovely beaches of Carvalho and the Benagil Beach. Around the last beach you will find some good restaurants at walking distance. You can also make beautiful strolls on the cliffs. The lively village of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars and shops is only at a 5 km distance. Great place to spend your holiday!

Other information

- Minimum stay: 7 nights

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 150. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 4 persons + maximum 2 babies
- Cot and high chair are available (free of charge in this house)
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a fee for the delivery cost. Ask us for more information
