Layout house

The main entrance is on the side of the house. Inside, on the right side, you will find the living/ dining room with sea view and open kitchen. This room has sliding doors which enter the garden. On the left side of the house, you will find two bedrooms and bathrooms. Stone stairs lead you to the roof terrace with an even better view over the Atlantic Ocean.

Living room

The living has comfortable furniture. There is a comfortable couch for three people and in the corner is a dining set with four chairs. There is a LCD TV with Portuguese television and some other international channels (Portuguese, Rai Uno, German Eurosport, BBC World News, Euro News and CNN). This room has air conditioning.
From the lounge you can enjoy views over the ocean. The two sliding glass doors give access to the garden.

Bedrooms

Casa Beleza has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed (160cm wide) and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobe too. Both bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning.

Bathrooms

The well equipped open kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, a microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. Of course there is enough crockery, cutlery and other kitchen material present.

Kitchen

The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave, et cetera. All you need to cook a nice dish or to prepare the barbecue.

Exterior

Outside you find a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. From the garden and the sundeck you have beautiful wide ocean views. Even more stunning views you have on the roof terrace.

Area

Benagil is a small fisherman's village with a nice beach and some good restaurants. In the morning you can see the fishermen leave the village. On the cliffs you can make great walks and the other beach of Carvalho is only 200m away. The lively village of Carvoeiro with all its restaurants, shops and souvernir shops is only at 5km. In the summer there is live music on the square every day. A great location!

Other information

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 150. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 4 persons + maximum 2 babies
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged at € 20.00 each per stay
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a delivery/service cost. Ask us for more information
