The location of this new 3 bedroom apartment can absolutely be described as unique. The former diving school has been converted in a luxurious apartment with high quality materials. At only 50 meters you will reach the beach of Aveiros with its nice beach bar. Within the development there are also two communal pools, one indoor and one outdoor (both not heated). Within 10 minutes you walk to the lively part of Albufeira, but the apartment is situated in a quiet area. Just perfect!

Layout house

You can reach the entrance in two ways. You can enter at the front side of the development. You walk through the souterrain and the indoor pool area. There your can enter the apartment. The other entrance is at the back side, near the beach. Here you will find a fence with a door (and an intercom).

The apartment has a very spacious living room with dining and lounge area, a working desk, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two of them has beautiful ocean views), 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet.  

The large wooden terrace (45m2) is located at the ocean side. Here you will find 4 sun beds and a dining table with 6 chairs. This terrace overflows in a second terrace of 90m2, also finished with wooden parts.

Living room

The huge living toom has a lounge and a dining area and also an internet corner. The lounge offers an L-shape couch, a love seat, coffee table and a side table. The dining has a large wooden table with 6-8 chairs. In this area you can also find a 55" LED Smart TV with all International channels. There is also a Sonos sound system available, where you can listen to your own music on for example Spotify. 

Bedrooms

The two bedroom at the frontside both have full ocean views, closets and a double bed. The sliding doors lead you to the terrace. You have your own private shower -and toilet space. The largest bedroom (also with a queensized bed) also has a bidet in the bathroom. This third bedroom is also equipped with a stand alone bath tub! A separate toilet room is available too. All beds can be made up as single beds or double beds.

Bathrooms

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bathroom of the biggest bedroom also has a bidet and a stand alone bath tub, which is located in the bedroom itself!

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen (shiny white with a black top made of granite) has a cooking isle with induction. Of course you will find here a fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is sufficient storage and an iron board with iron are available, just like a hoover and a drying rack. 

Exterior

By taking the sliding door in the living, you will reach the the wooden terrace (45m2). This wooden terrace (45m2) is located at the ocean side. Here you will find 4 sun beds and a dining table with 6 chairs. This terrace overflows in a second terrace of 90m2, also finished with wooden parts. At the end of the terrace there is the well maintained garden and the communal pool (8mx16m) and the sun terrace. Here you will also find (communal) sun beds. When walking through the garden you will reach the entrance of the beach of Avers. A real unique location!

Area

This small beach is flanked either side by the larger and busier beaches of Praia da Oura to the east and Praia dos Alemães to the west. These beaches are separated by rocky outcrops but are linked by a coast path at the base of the cliffs but the access along these paths is not suitable for people of limited physical ability. The main foot access to the beach is by means of a footpath which is located to the side of the Hotel Auramar. The path descends down steps to the rear of the beach. There is some limited vehicular access to a small parking area but it is only for local permission holders and to people with blue badges.

Praia dos Aveiros is located between the busy tourist beaches of Oura and Praia dos Pescadores and is rarely visited by anyone other than the local townsfolk due to its obscure location. However, it is only 200 metres from the Albufeira Strip, home to some of the best bars and restaurants in Portugal. This makes it the ideal holiday venue for couples and families alike as Praia dos Aveiros lies within walking distance of all that is good in Albufeira.
